In-App Deletion Method:

1. Open the Carnekart app.
2. Navigate to your Profile or the main Menu.
3. Select the "Delete Account" option.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the permanent deletion of your account and data.

Web/Email Deletion Method:

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to our support team at support@carnekart.com from the email address associated with your Carnekart account.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will erase your personal data from our active systems, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention requirements.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
